A Comparative Study of the News Production Mechanism between“China Sports Daily”and“Titan Sports”

摘要 运用文献资料法、内容分析法对1992~2002年间《中国体育报》和《体坛周报》的新闻生产机制进行了考察和比较。研究表明,虽然都是"党的新闻事业"、都是"机关报",都处于"社会主义市场经济"条件下,但《中国体育报》和《体坛周报》的新闻生产机制和发展轨迹呈现出明显差异:《中国体育报》因其"体制中心"地位,以"政治家办报"和"从信源出发"为理念,呈现出鲜明的宣传色彩和官方意志,无法满足年轻读者的需要,逐渐在市场竞争中处于劣势;《体坛周报》得益于"体制边缘"地位,以"企业家办报"和"从受众出发"为理念,遵循新闻逻辑和市场逻辑,获得了年轻读者的喜爱,逐渐确立了在体育报道领域的领先地位。本文旨在揭示社会主义市场经济条件下中国体育专业报纸的不同发展路径及其深层原因。 This paper uses the method of literature searching and content analysis, conducts a study and comparison on news production mechanism between the "China Sports Daily "and" Titan Sports "from 1992 to 2002. This study finds that, though they are both the "Party's journal- ism" and *'in the conditions of the socialist market economic system", "China Sports Daily "and " Titan Sports "news production mechanism and development track has seen an obvious difference. HChina Sports Daily " has the status of system center, uses the concept of "politicians running a newspaper "and" starting from the source", shows the distinctive color publicity and official will, unable to meet the needs of young readers, and gradually generates a disadvantage in the competition in the market. "Titan Sports " benefits from the status of "system edge", uses the concept of "entrepreneur running a newspaper "and" starting from the audience", follows the logic of journalism and marketing, attracts young readers favor, and gradually establishes a leading position in the field of sports coverage. This paper aims to reveal the different development paths of professional sports newspapers under the conditions of the socialist market economy and its underlying reasons.
