省际工业分工合作及其空间联系研究——基于中部六省案例

A Study on Interprovincial Industrial Division, Cooperation and Spatial Combination—based on Case of Six Provinces of Mid-China

采用基尼系数、专业化指数、产业合作潜力模型、经济联系强度模型,测度中部六省2000、2005和2010年的工业区域分工强度、行业专业化强度、合作潜力和空间联系强度,探讨省际工业分工合作导致的空间联系变化。中部六省省际工业分工与合作不断深化,均呈现不均衡发展特征,山西工业分工程度较低,湖南、河南较高;湖北省际合作潜力最强,山西省际产业间合作潜力较弱。中部六省省际空间联系逐步增强,湖北与其他五省空间联系最强,山西最弱,但其增长最快。中部六省需深化省际工业分工,山西需逐步增强与其他五省的工业分工,湖南与河南应将分工向更多专业化水平较低的产业扩散,并加强与其他四省的空间联系;改善省际交通运输条件,打造无障碍物流和通行区,降低空间距离的消极影响,以湖北为轴心,加强湖北与安徽、河南、湖南的工业合作。

Interprovincial industrial regional division degree, specialization, degree, cooperation potentiality and spatial combination degree are measured by Gini coefficient, location quotient index, potentiality of industrial cooperation model, and intensity of economic contacts model in six provinces of Mid-China in 2000,2005 and 2010. And then, the spatial combination diversification caused by interprovincial industrial division and cooperation is discussed. Results show that interprovincial industrial division and cooperation in six provinces of Mid-China had been improving, but the development was disparate. The industrial division degree of Shanxi was lowest, Hunan and Henan were at opposite poles. The potentiality of interprovincial cooperation of Hubei was the most strong, so Hubei was the core in interprovincial industrial cooperation, Shanxi was at opposite poles. The interprovincial spatial combination had been steadily improving in six provinces of Mid-China, the spatial combination was higher between Hubei and other five provinces than others, Anhui was the next, Shanxi was at opposite poles, but the improvement of it was fastest. In six provinces of Mid-China, the interprovincial regional division and specialization division were compatible, but they weren＇ t compatible with the spatial combination, it was the opposite of interprovincial industrial cooperation, so the six provinces of Mid-China must further improve interprovincial industrial division, Shanxi need to gradually increase the industrial division with the other five provinces, Hunan and Henan should spread the division to more industries which specialization degree is lower and strengthen spatial combination with the other four provinces; further improve interprovincial traffic and transportation, construct barrier-free logistics and passage region with ＇effort, decrease adverse effect of positional distance as far as possible; strengthen industrial cooperation between Hubei and Anhui, Henan, Hunan with axis of Hubei.
