摘要
针对焦炉加热的大惯性、大滞后和时变性的特点,采用小脑神经网络CMAC和PID复合控制相结合,将此方法应用在焦炉加热中,并进行了仿真研究。仿真结果表明,这种方案对控制系统具有较强的鲁棒性和良好的调节性能,提高了系统的动静态性能指标。
In view of the characteristics of coke oven heating process, such as large inertia,long-time delay and time variation, CMAC (Cerebellar Model Articulation Controller)-PID integrated control mode is proposed in this paper, which has been used in coke oven heating and undergone simulation test. The test result proves that this solution has higher robustness and adjustable property for automa- tion system and can improve static & dynamic performance of the system.
