摘要
在介绍推焦机工艺原理的基础上,分析了推焦机自动对位控制系统的硬件结构,阐述了粗对位和精对位的工作原理,并对实现自动对位功能的速度控制和炉号识别算法进行深入研究,实践表明,该系统能快速、精确地实现推焦机对位,确保误差在±5mm以内。
Further to the description for process principle of pusher machine, this paper analyzed hardware configuration of auto-position system (APS) for pusher machine and introduced working principle of primary positioning and accurate positioning of the system, including a further research on the speed control for auto-positioning and oven number identification calculation. This application shows that the APS can realize pusher machine positioning quickly and accurately, with tolerance within 5.5mm.
