摘要
用Agilent C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250mm),以乙腈、甲醇和0.6%乙酸VCH3CN∶VCH3OH∶V0.6%CH3COOH=5∶60∶35)为流动相,流速为0.8mL/min,在检测波长209、221、262nm,柱温30℃的条件下,同时分离并测定了马铃薯块茎中的内源激素GA3、IAA和ABA.3种激素的分离效果理想,回收率分别达到93.1%、90.3%和92.4%,相对标准偏差小于5.2%.
A method for simultaneously determination and separation GA3,IAA and ABA in potato tibers was developed with a Agilent G1356D MWD detector,C18 chromatographic column(4.6 mm×250 mm),mobile phase formed acetonitrile,methanol and 0.6 % acetic acid(v/v ratio of 5∶60∶35),flow rate at 0.8 mL/min,wavelength at 209 nm,221 nm and 262 nm,and the column temperature at 30 ℃.GA3,IAA and ABA were well separated with their recoveries at 93.1%,90.3% and 92.4% respectively.RSD was below 5.2%.
