摘要 目的 :研究尖锐湿疣 (CA)角质形成细胞的凋亡及Ki 6 7的表达及其相关性。方法 :对 48例CA采用TUNEL技术原位检测其细胞的凋亡 ,用免疫组化方法 ,观察Ki 6 7阳性的表达。结果 :表皮中见到典型的凋亡细胞 ,表皮各层中有较多Ki 6 7阳性细胞。病情严重度与凋亡指数无显著差异性 (P >0 0 5 ) ;与Ki 6 7阳性细胞指数比较则有显著差异性 (P <0 0 0 5 )。凋亡细胞与Ki 6 7阳性细胞之间呈负相关 (r =0 5 13,P <0 0 5 )。结论 :凋亡在限制病毒的繁殖上起重要作用。Ki 6 Purpose To study expression and relativity of Ki 67 and apoptosis of keratinocytes in patients with condyloma acuminatum(CA). Methods Apoptotic cells were detected in stiu by terminal dexynucleotidyl transferase mediated dUTP nick end labeling (TUNEL)and Ki 67 expression was observed by immunohistochemical staining in 48 patients with CA. Results Apoptotic cells were found in epidermis, and there were many Ki 67 positively labeled cells in each layer of epidermis. The disease severity were not significantly different from apoptotic index ( P> 0 05); and were significantly remarkable from Ki 67 index ( P <0 005). There was correlated significantly between apoptotic cells and Ki 67 positively labeled cells ( r =-0 513, P <0 05). Conclusion It is suggested that apoptosis has important role in inhibiting proliferation of virus; Excessive Ki 67 expression may be associated with acceleration of cell cycle celebrated.
