摘要
卷筒是起重机的重要承载部件,它的性能直接影响到起重机的工作效率,传统的卷筒稳定性设计方法基于经验公式,这种方法是非常保守的。文章中运用有限元分析软件ANSYS对卷筒进行建模,并考虑绳槽对稳定性的影响,将绳槽作为矩形环肋加到卷筒壁上,然后进行特征值屈曲分析和非线性分析,通过比较光面卷筒和绳槽卷筒屈曲分析的结果,表明绳槽能提高卷筒的稳定性,也更符合实际。
The drum is an important bearing part of the crane, its property has an effect on the work effi- ciency of the crane, but the traditional design and stability checking method of the drums based on empir- ical formula, it is very conservative. This paper established the models of drums using the finite element software ANSYS, and considered the effects of grooves, the grooves were supposed to be a rectangle stiff ring around the wall of drum. Then, the eigenvalue buckling and non-linear were analyzed, the re- sult of eigenvalue buckling analysis and non-linear analysis were compared, it showed that rope grooves can improve the stability of drums, the results were more suitable to reality too.
