摘要
机械手广泛用于各种场所,尤其是在严重危害人体健康的恶劣环境中的应用,极大提高了工作效率,解放了劳动力。为此提出了一种与油压机配套的设备磁瓦机械手,给出了该控制系统的软硬件设计方法,并对设计中的硬件控制结构、软件设计和教导模式的实现等进行了详细的探讨。实际应用表明,该设计思路是可行的,提高了磁瓦企业的自动化程度和生产效率,具有广泛的应用价值和广阔的市场前景,达到预期设计的目的。
The manipulator is widely used in a variety of places, especially in serious harm to human health in the harsh environment of the application, greatly improve work efficiency, the liberation of la- bor. Therefore put forward a Magnetic Shoe Manipulator to support the oile press. A hardware and soft- ware design method is presented in this paper. Furthermore control structure, software design, realization of teaching are detailedly discussed. Practical application indicates that this method is effective, increase the degree of automation and production efficiency, have a wide range of application value and broad market prospects, achieve the purpose of the intended design.
