摘要 槽口刷光机是用于机械传动系统转子部位外圆柱面槽口刷光去毛刺的自动化设备。该设备电控系统是以西门子PLC控制技术为核心,程序设计采用了顺序控制和分步控制组合结构,同时解决了进给工作台回零复位的难点。通过文本显示器TD400C完成操作人员与应用程序的交互和报警信息的显示。设备已经投入生产,运行结果表明:该电控系统满足了零件工艺要求,运行稳定可靠,工作效率高,对其它类专用设备的设计有一定参考价值。 Notch brushing machine is a kind of automatic equipment that is used to brush and burr for the outer cylinder notch of mechanical gearing rotor. The core of equipment electric-control system is Sie- mens PLC control technique. Program design adopts the combined structure of sequence control and step- ping control, at the same time, the homing of feed worktable has been solved. The interaction between operators and applied program as well as show of alarm messages are completed through text display TD400C. This equipment has been put into production. The operation results show that electric-control system satisfies the needs of part machining, running is stable and work efficiency is high. The design of this paper makes contributions to other special equipments.
