曲杆泵芯模的三维建模与数控仿真加工

摘要 在对曲杆泵芯模工艺分析和复杂曲线轨迹公式设计的基础上,运用Mastercam X6软件的多轴加工功能对曲杆泵芯模进行了三维建模、工艺规程规划、数控仿真以及NC程序后置处理等设计和分析。结果表明Mastercam X6不仅解决了曲杆泵芯模零件的复杂曲线加工轨迹的构建问题,而且解决了多轴加工在机械加工中编程复杂、加工效率低等难点,提高了零件的加工效率,缩短了制造周期,充分体现了CAD/CAM软件在数控加工中的重要作用。 Based on the analysis of the process and design of complex curve trajectory formula of the mandrel with curved bar pump, 3D modeling of the curved bar pump mandrel, the handling of post- process of order planning, CNC simulation and NC program have been designed and analysed by the multi-axis machining function of the Mastercam X6 software. The results show that the Mastercam X6 solve the problem of the complex curve tool path constructed of the mandrel with curved bar pump, and solve the complex multi-axis machining, process efficiency and low difficulty in the machining program- ming, Improve the machining efficiency and shorten the manufacturing cycle, which reflects the impor- tant role of the CAD/CAM software in the CNC machining.
