摘要
由于缺乏来自售后服务中检验和维修的信息支持,在产品设计和工艺设计阶段的FMEA中存在分析不全面及潜在风险遗漏多等问题,针对上述问题,对产品售后维修业务与FMEA之间的关联进行了分析,建立了面向FMEA的售后维修信息模型,以描述零组件、功能、工艺、故障等不同对象之间的关系,在此基础上,设计实现了售后维修系统,并在某汽车企业进行了初步应用,为产品改进和研发奠定了信息基础。
For lack of the information support from after-service department, there exist problems such as incomprehensive analysis and omission of the risks in FMEA (failure mode and effect analysis) in the course of product design and process planning, on account of the problems above, the business relation- ship between after-service and FMEA is analyzed, the after service information model oriented to FMEA is established to describe the connections among the different objects of part, function, process, failure and so on, on the basis, the after service system is developed and applied in an automobile enterprise, which laid a information basis for the new product improvement and development.
