摘要
为明确异色瓢虫对绣线菊蚜的捕食能力,在室内初步研究异色瓢虫成虫对绣线菊蚜的捕食功能,采用Holling-Ⅱ型方程对异色瓢虫捕食绣线菊蚜的作用进行拟合。结果表明,异色瓢虫成虫对绣线菊蚜的捕食功能符合Holling-II模型,其瞬时攻击率为1.65,处置时间为0.004。通过Hassell和Valley的干扰效应模型,异色瓢虫自身密度增加会导致种内干扰影响,干扰参数为0.86,其对绣线菊蚜的寻找效应随蚜虫密度上升而下降,最佳寻找密度为68.68头。异色瓢虫对绣线菊蚜有很强捕食能力,室内试验成虫24 h最大捕食量为144头。
In order to make sure the ability of Leis axyridis predation Aphis citricol, the functional catching effect of L. axyridis feeding on A. citricol was studied in the laboratory. The results showed that the functional response of L. axyridis aduhs was successfully simulated with Holling-II, the rate of instantaneous attack was 1.65, and handle time ( Th ) was 0. 004. The interference effect model of Hassell & Valley showed that intraspecific interference was enhanced by the quantity of L. axyridis and the interfere parameter was 0.86. The seeking effect decreased with the increase population of A. cirricol and the best seeking density of adult was 68.68. L. axyridis had a good ability to eat and catch A. citricol. The best case was consumed 144 aphides per day in the laboratory.
