烟叶氨基酸、质体色素和多酚含量与评吸质量的相关性分析 被引量:19

Correlation Analysis of Amino Acids,Chromoplast Pigment and Polyphenol Contents in Tobacco Leaf with Smoking Quality

摘要 为进一步探讨和研究烟叶氨基酸、质体色素和多酚等成分与评吸质量的关系,并为卷烟产品的科学配方提供相关分析方法和理论依据,利用多重线性回归分析方法对118个烟叶样品的氨基酸、质体色素和多酚等成分和评吸指标进行了分析,建立回归模型,通过模型从诸多成分中找出对烟叶评吸质量起主要作用的相关因子。通过本研究建立的相关性模型分析发现,烟叶氨基酸、质体色素和多酚中各成分与评吸指标呈正相关的有水解蛋氨酸、游离蛋氨酸、游离脯氨酸、水解胱氨酸、游离精氨酸、水解酪氨酸、叶黄素、叶绿素a、叶绿素b和绿原酸;与评吸指标呈负相关的有水解天门冬氨酸、水解谷氨酸、水解苏氨酸、游离缬氨酸、游离谷氨酸、莨菪亭、类胡萝卜素、水解氨和咖啡酸。结果进一步说明烟叶氨基酸、质体色素和多酚与烟叶品质之间存在着明显的相关关系,证明利用烟叶中氨基酸、质体色素和多酚含量来判别烟叶质量的方法是可行的。 In order to provide the methods and theoretical basis to further explore and study the correla tions among amino acids, plastid pigment and polyphenol composition in tobacco leaf with smoking quali ty and to design scientific ingredient for cigarette production, multiple linear regression analysis methodwas used to analyze the correlations of amino acids, plastld pigment and polyphenol with smoking indica tors from 118 tobacco leaf samples. The regression model was established to figure out the relevant factors with smoking quality from the measured components. The results based on the models in this study re vealed that the components of hydrolysis methionine, free methionine, free proline, hydrolysis cystine, free arginine, hydrolysis tyrosine, lutein, chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and chlorogenic acid in tobacco tissues had positive effects on smoking quality. And hydrolysis aspartic acid, hydrolysis glutamate, hy drolyzed threonine, free valine, free glutamic, scopoletin, carotenoids, hydrolysis ammonia, caffeic acid had negative effects on smoking quality. Results further indicate that there is a clear correlation a mong amino acid, plastid pigments and polyphenols with tobacco quality, and results also confirm that it is feasible to use the contents of amino acids, plastid pigment and polyphenol to distinguish the quality of tobacco.
