摘要
该文借鉴有关生态效益评价方法,结合北京市京津风沙源治理工程特点,建立工程生态效益评价指标。采用市场替代、重置成本等生态效益评价方法获得各项生态效益指标值,并加权得到每年新增总生态效益。进而通过回归方程分析,得出每年林业固定投资额和每年的森林覆盖面积增加率与每年京津风沙源治理工程新增生态效益有正相关关系,并藉此就增强工程生态效益提出相关建议。
In this article, by focusing on its characteristics,we make an analysis of the ecological benefits of BeijingTianjin Dust Storm Source Control Project in Beijing. After using methods of market alternation and replacement cost,we established the assesment indicators, and then worked out a weighted method to calculate annual increase of the total ecological bene fits. The factors affecting the ecological benefits of the Project were found by regression equation analysis. We drew the con clusion that annual fixed forestry investment and annual increase rate of the forest coverage had a positive relationship with annual increase of ecological benefits of the Project. In addition,we offered some suggestions about how to improve its eco logical benefits.
