摘要
合理配置备件是提高装备系统可靠性的重要手段之一。针对电子装备的备件问题,建立关于备件优化配置的非线性规划模型;提出应用模拟植物生长算法求解备件优化配置问题,给出求解过程。结合算例,通过与遗传算法和模拟退火算法的比较,验证该方法的有效性和实用性。
Spare parts optimizing is one of the most important ways to improve the equipment reliability.Aiming at the problem of spare parts of electronic equipment,the non-linear programming model for the spare parts optimization is set up.A method using plant growth simulation algorithm(PGSA) for spare parts optimization is proposed,and the process of solution is given.The proposed method is proved to be effective and practicable compared with genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm by numerical example.
