摘要
介绍了一种对反应堆控制棒驱动机构(CRDM)进行性能分析与故障诊断的有效工具。它根据CRDM机械部件运行信号特性,采用加速度传感器记录对CRDM运行声信号,然后通过二次仪表对声信号进行处理并提炼出对CRDM运行状态与故障诊断有用的信号,最终实现CRDM动作点的振动特征信号、落棒时间信号的自动检测及处理。
The paper gives an effective instrument for performance analysis and failure diagnosis . Based on the character of operating signal of the mechanical part of the reactor control rod drive mechanism ( CRDM), the instrument records the operation sound signals by the acceleration sensor, then processes the sound signals and extracts the useful signal for monitoring the running state and the failure diagnosis of CRDM. Finally we can use it to realize the automatic detecting and processing of vibration signals and rod drop time signals of the CRDM action point.
