摘要
输送轮在日常生活中相当普遍,一般是环状构造,包含两部分:内胎层和耐磨层,耐磨层粘合于内胎层。在使用过程中如果耐磨层和内胎层脱粘,可能造成设备损坏,还可能导致人员受伤,所以要对其进行粘接质量研究。论文对耐磨层进行仿真和模拟,判断超声的穿透力用来辅助实际测量。
Conveying wheel is quite common in daily life, it is generally using the ring structure, it contains two parts: the inner layer and the wear layer, the wear layer bond to the inner tube layer. In the process of using it, the wear layer and the inner tube layer maybe debond, so the equipment damage is likely to occour, it may also lead to injuries, so researching on bonding quality is necessary. The article researches on the wear layer simulation to determine the penetration of ultrasound to aassist the actual measurement.
