体育院校档案管理体系与教学评估体系的对比研究——以武汉体育学院为例

A Comparative Study on Archive Management System and Teaching Evaluation System of Physical Education Institute——Taking Wuhan Institute of Physical Education as an Example

从校本研究的视角出发,分析主要教学评估指标体系和武汉体育学院教学档案目录体系间的内容,发现武汉体育学院教学档案目录在结构和内容上与主要教育教学评估指标体系存在较高重合率;教学档案的利用率最高,在一定程度上反映了教学档案在档案工作中的重要地位;教学档案与教育教学评估工作存在密切关系,但如何使档案工作更好服务于评估工作仍需做更进一步深入研究。

Study from the perspective of school-based research, analyzed the content of main teaching evaluation index system and Wuhan Institute of Physical Education teaching file directory system, found that Wuhan Institute of Physical Education teaching archive catalog on the structure and content has high coincidence rate with main education teaching evaluation index system; teaching archives utilization efficiency is highest, that reflected it has important position in archive work; teaching archive has a close relationship with education teaching evaluation work, hut how to make archives work better to serve the evaluation work still needs to do further research.
