摘要
自Schoning于1988 年报道颅二维超声应用于成人颅脑后,说明B型超声可通过完整的颅骨对中枢神经系统成像。本文介绍了经颅彩色实时超声对成人的应用技术、检查内容及对颅内新生物和颅内动脉病变的检查。
Since Schoning reported transcranial two-dimensiona! sonography applies to adults in 1998, indicated that B-mode sonography of the central nervous system is feasible through the intact skull of adult crani-um. This paper introduces transcranial color -coded real -time sonography of adult brain and describe the application techniques, the exam-inational content and evaluation of intracranial neoplasms and intracranial arterious diseases.
