摘要 通过设定土层锚杆的FMEA评定标准:故障严重度评价标准、故障频度评价标准、故障探测度评价标准,建立了土层锚杆支护体系的FMEA分析表,得出系统存在的各种失效模式,并指出了各种失效模式的责任部门.对土层锚杆的RPN值进行分析,预测出了土层锚杆的四种高风险病害:土层与注浆体之间的剪切破坏、注浆体与筋体之间的剪切破坏、锚杆拉出破坏、锚杆直接破坏.并获知:土层锚杆的高风险病害主要集中在锚固段,且施工部门的责任比例较大,对这一部位,不仅应加强设计,而且应强化其施工管理. FMEA evaluation criteria, failure severity evaluation criteria, failure frequency evaluation criteria and failure detection degree evaluation criteria for earth anchor are set to establish FMEA analysis sheet for earth anchor support sys- tem, in deriving the various failure modes for existing of the system and point out responsible department of the failure mode. RPN value of earth anchor is analyzed and four high risk diseases of earth anchor are obtained i. e. shear failure between earth and concrete, shear failure between concrete and reinforcement bars, pulling destroy of anchor and direct destroy of anchor. It is known is analyzed high risk diseases of earth anchor are mainly focused on anchor segment which is mainly in the charge of the construction department. Therefore, to strengthen the design, and intensify construction management for this part become absolutely necessary.
