EPS分析方法及其膜污染特性研究进展

摘要 近年来膜生物反应器(MBR)的研究与实践表明,胞外聚合物(EPS)与活性污泥的性质密切相关,是影响膜污染的重要物质.针对目前EPS提取方法不统一、组分化学分析存在缺陷及其膜污染特性的认识不足等问题,介绍了MBR中EPS的提取方法、组成、特性分析方法和影响因素,并分析了EPS的膜污染特性.通过文献研究,以期对EPS特性获得更全面的认识,为实际运行的MBR工艺的优化及膜污染控制等提供一定的理论依据. Nowadays membrane bioreactors (MBRs) have been increasingly applied for research and practical purposes. It was indicated that extracellular substances (EPS) had a close relationship with the properties of activated sludge, and were considered as a controlling factor of membrane fouling. There existed several issues during the characterization of EPS, such as no-standard extracting method, the disadvantage of conventional chemical analysis and insufficient recogni tion of EPS fouling potential. The extracting methods and compositions of EPS, methods for EPS characterization, factors influencing EPS production and their membrane fouling propensity were introduced in this study. Based on literature review, more comprehensive knowledge about EPS characteristics is ohtained, which may provide valuable information for process optimization and fouling control in MBRs.
