摘要
采用阳极氧化法在钛种植体表面制备了TiO2纳米管涂层。考察了450℃热处理对TiO2纳米管涂层相结构及在模拟体液中抗腐蚀能力的影响,并探讨了成骨细胞在TiO2纳米管涂层表面的生长行为。结果表明,热处理后TiO2纳米管涂层的抗腐蚀能力及生物活性都有了明显的提高。
The TiO2 nanotube coating was fabricated on the surface of Ti implants using an electrochemical anodizing method. The phase structure of TiO2 nanotube coating and its corrosion resistance in simulated body fluid were investigated after annealing at 450 ℃. Besides, the cell behavior of osteoblast on the surface of TiO2 nanotube coating was also studied. The result showed that the corrosion resistance and bioactivity of the TiO2 nanotube coating had a great improvement after annealing.
