摘要
制备了甲基或甲基/氨丙基杂化的Co/SiO2催化剂并用于费托合成反应。结果表明,催化剂上的甲基和氨丙基在氧化气氛和还原气氛中均具有较高的稳定性,CO加氢反应活性随着催化剂中甲基量的增加而提高,随着氨丙基量的增加而明显降低。甲基促进了费托合成链增长能力,而氨丙基对重质烃的生成具有明显抑制作用。总之,通过调控催化剂上甲基与氨丙基的量,可实现对费托产物分布进行有效控制。
Methyl or methyl/aminopropyl hybrid Co/SiO2 catalysts were prepared and investigated for Fischer - Tropsch reaction. The results revealed that the methyl and aminopropyl in synthesized catalysts exhibited high thermal - stability in both reducing and oxidizing atmosphere. The catalytic activity increased as the content of methyl enhanced, but rapidly decreased as the content of aminopropyl increased. The methyl on catalyst promoted the carbon chain propagation, while the aminopropyl showed negative effect on carbon chain propagation. In conclusion, effective control of the products distribution was achieved via tuning the content of methyl and aminopropyl on catalvsts.
