光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯胶黏剂的制备与性能 被引量:3

摘要 采用甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI),丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)和聚乙二醇(PEG)为原料溶剂法两步合成了可紫外光固化的聚氨酯丙烯酸酯预聚物。以此预聚体通过添加光引发剂、活性稀释剂、增塑剂、偶联剂等制成光固化胶粘剂。实验结果表明:固化时间为30 s,胶粘剂的剪切强度达到14.51 MPa。 Polyurethane acrylate prepolymer was synthesized with toluene diisocynate (TDI), hydroxyethyl acrylate ( HEA), and polyethylene glycol (PEG) in solvent. The system consisted of multi - components, such as prepolymer ( polyurethane acrylate) accounting for 50%, photoinitiator ( free radical photoinitiator) accounting for 1%-3 %, reactive diluents 30% -40% and other additives 9%. The result of the Uv - curable experiment showed that the cure time of 30 s and tensile shear - strength of adhesive can reach to 14.51 MPa.
