SPME提取技术分析接骨木挥发性化学成分

Analysis of Volatile Oil in Sambucus williamsii by SPME

利用固相微萃取/气相色谱/质谱(SPME/GC/MS)联用技术对接骨木挥发油成分进行研究,分析了接骨木挥发油化学成分。结果表明:共鉴定出38种化学成分,占挥发油总成分的81.08%,其中,接骨木挥发油主要化学成分是是水杨酸甲酯(22.89%),3-甲基丁酸-顺-3-己烯酯(14.03%),异戊酸己酯(4.02%),3-甲基丁酸乙酯(3.68%),己酸-顺-3-己烯酯(3.24%),3-甲基丁酸-2-苯乙基酯(3.11%),异戊酸苄酯(3.04%)等。

The components of volatile oil from the whole herb of Sambucus williamsii Hance were analyzed and inves- tigated by SPME/GC/MS. 38 compounds were identified, which accounted for 81.08% of total volatile oil. The main constituents in the essential oil were Salicylic acid methyl ester （22.89%）, cis - 3 - Hexenyl - 3 - methylbutanoate （ 14. 03% ）, Hexyl isovalerate（4. 02% ）, 3 - methyl - Butanoic acid ethyl ester（ 3.68% ）, Cis - 3 - Hexenyl caproate （ 3.24% ）, 2 - phenylethyl - 3 - methylbutanoate （ 3.11% ）, and Benzyl isovalerate （ 3.04% ）.
