催化湿式氧化处理三氯吡啶醇钠废水的研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用催化湿式氧化技术处理在生产三氯吡啶醇钠过程中产生的高浓度有机废水。实验表明制备的复合负载型催化剂CuO-Co3O4-CeO2/TiO2-ZrO2在处理该废水时具有较好的催化活性。通过对反应温度、氧气分压、废水pH及催化剂投加量等工艺条件的考察,得出最佳的工艺条件为:反应温度为230℃,氧气分压为2.0 MPa,废水初始pH值为6.0,催化剂投加量为8 g/L,在此条件下反应150 min,CODCr去除率达到97.2%。 Catalytic wet oxidation technology was used to treat with high concentration organic wastewater when trichloro pyridinol sodium (TPS) was produced. The experimental results indicated that the catalyst of CuO - Co3O4 - CeO2/TiO2 -ZrO2 had a higher activity while handling TPS wastewater. The process conditions such as reaction temperature, pressure of O2, pH of wastewater and catalyst amount were measured experimentally and the result showed that CODcr removal rate could obtain 97.2% under the optimal reaction conditions of reaction temperature 230 ℃, oxygen partial pressure 2.0 MPa, pH of wastewater 6.0, catalyst amount 8 g/L, and reaction time 80 min.
