摘要
氟气又称元素氟,因其特殊的理化性质常被做为氟化剂以制取优良性能的各种含氟材料。介绍了电解制氟的生产方法及机理,同时就电解槽阴极产生氢气中夹带少量的HF、电解槽阳极在预电解阶段及事故状态下氟气及夹带少量HF的不同处理方法、反应原理及工艺流程示意图做了阐述。
Fluorine was also called the element fluorine, because of its special physical and chemical properties often used as fluoride in making all kinds of fluoride materials of excellent properties. The production method and the mechanism of fluorine electrolysis system were introduced. And different processing method, reaction principle and process flow diagram of electrolytic cell cathode hydrogen with a small amount of HF, stage of electrolytic cell anode in electrolysis and accident situation of fluorine and placing a small amount of HF were elaborated.
