摘要
介绍了抚顺石油化工研究院研发的硫化态FH-40C催化剂在惠州炼油重整预加氢装置的开工、运转情况。该催化剂首次采用密相装填技术,顶部配有保护剂,处理硫质量分数为300~800μg.g-1、氮质量分数为3~8μg.g-1的直馏石脑油时,可以在空速3.0~5.5 h-1、反应温度290℃的条件下满足精制油硫、氮质量分数小于0.5μg.g-1的要求,具有良好的脱硫、脱氮性能。
The operation of the sulfided FRIPP FH -40C catalyst was introduced, which was used in the start of the Huizhou Refinery reformer prehydrogenation unit. The dense phase loading technology was used for the first time, with a protective agent on the top, which made the straight -run naphtha the sulfur mass fraction of 300 - 800 ug . g-1, nitrogen mass fraction of 3 - 8 ug . g -1 satisfied the refined oil sulfur, nitrogen requirements of the mass fraction was less than 0. 5 ug . g -1 under the conditions of space velocity of 3.0 - 5.5 h - 1, a reaction temperature of 290 ℃ and FH - 40C had a good desulfurization and denitrification performance.
