透射电子显微镜是高校大型仪器中使用率很高的仪器之一。由于其价格昂贵,易于损坏,样品制备要求高,对管理者提出了更多挑战。我们结合先进的多媒体教学手段,探索采用了结对子滚动式培训的教学方式,有效发挥了学生的主观能动性,充分提高了仪器的使用效率,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract ： Transmission electron microscope was one of the most frequently used instruments in the university. Due to its high price, complex operation and strict requirement to the sample preparation, great challenge was put forward to the reasonable management. By taking the advanced multimedia methods in TEM experimental teaching, the couple - rolling training methods were explored, which enhanced the interest of students and improve the use efficiency of TEM sufficiently.
