摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校专业教学过程中重要的实践性教学环节,是提高毕业生综合职业能力和素质的必经阶段。但顶岗实习在实施过程中存在管理不规范、不科学等问题,影响了教学效果。结合我院应用化工技术专业顶岗实习运行情况,对高职院校校企共管的"334"顶岗实习教学模式进行了探索。
Post Practice Teaching was important in the concept of vocational education, and was the essential stage to improve graduate comprehensive vocational ability and the quality. But some problems appeared constantly in the implementation, such as management not standard and not science, which would influence the teaching effect. Combined the operation mode of applied chemical professional of Shandong Silk Textile Vocational College, the "334" post practice teaching mode was explored.
