农产品安全溯源的本质意义在于保障农产品安全,在产品发生问题时能及时找到问题根源,从而保障消费者人身健康和生命安全。中国农产品供应链存在诸多安全问题,农产品安全溯源既是保障人们日益提高的生活质量所求,也是中国农业向工业化、信息化、规模化、标准化的现代农业快速迈进所要,还是农产品闯市场提高竞争力拉动经济发展所需。以无线传感器网络与RFID射频识别技术为依托,建立涵盖农产品供应链各环节,包括信息动态记录、信息追溯及信息反馈三大平台的安全追溯系统迫在眉睫。阐述农产品供应链安全追溯系统的基本架构、关键技术,以及在农产品供应链各环节的操作流程,并借鉴欧盟建立牛肉制品可追溯系统的经验,以牛肉产品为例进一步阐述农产品供应链安全追溯系统的应用。

The traceability of the agricultural products security is vital to finding the origin of problems that exist in relevant supply chains and thus safeguard consumers＇ life and health.It can also help farmers participate in market competition and develop economy.The existing problems in the supply chain security of agricultural products show that it is an urgent need to establish a traceable security system for chinese supply chain of agricultural products.The system,based on the wireless sensor net and RFID technology,involves such factors as constant information record,information traceability and information feedback.The EU experience in establishment of the traceable security system of supply chain of beef is introduced to illustrate how the traceable security system of agricultural products could be operated.
