摘要
根据辽宁省阜新花生主产区200农户调查数据,运用数据包络分析法(DEA),定量研究了农户花生生产的技术效率、规模效率及综合效率,重点对比了不同花生种植规模农户的效率差异,结论表明:当前花生生产技术水平下,调查点农户花生种植的技术效率和规模效率均较高,规模报酬已处于不变和递减状态,结合成本利润率比较认为,当地农户花生最优种植规模区间在0.933~1.133公顷。因此,引导农户选择较优种植规模是提高耕地利用效率,增加花生产量的有效途径,可以改善生产效率,减少资金、劳动力等要素的无效投入,实现要素的合理匹配,有效降低成本增加收入。
Based on the data from an investigation into 200 peasant households who come from the main peanut producing area in Fuxin,Liaoning Province,with the help of data envelopment analysis(DEA),a quantitative study was made for the technical efficiency,scale efficiency and comprehensive efficiency of local peasant households planting peanut,focusing on the efficiency difference comparison in scale of business between peasant households.It was concluded that according to the current technological level of peanut production in the Fuxin area,the most optimal peanut planting scale that local peasant households should choose is between 14 and 17 mu.Therefore,peasant households should choose the most optimal planting scale,for avoiding ineffective capital inputs and farming land wasting and achieving the goal of distributing production factors in an reasonable and effective way can effectively reduce planting costs,increase peanut production,improve the efficiency of land utilization,and bring more income to peanut planting peasant households.
