肥厚性梗阻型心肌病是一种原因不明的疾病。其主要病理生理改变是左室流出道梗阻 ,药物治疗效果目前难以肯定。本文分别介绍了手术、起搏器、化学清蚀等非药物治疗肥厚性梗阻型心肌病的效果。

Hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy(HOCM) is a kind of disease with unknown etiology.The major pathological physiological change is the obstruction of the left ventricular outflow tract.The effects of drug treatment are hard to consent.The operation,cardiac pacing,catheter myocardial reduction treatment of hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy are introduced in this paper.
