摘要
由于知识经济的兴起,培养全面发展的拔尖创新型人才极为重要。拔尖创新型人才需具有强烈的创新意识、突出的创造才能和鲜明的个性特征。高等农业院校要培养全面发展的拔尖创新人才,必须转变人才培养观念,改革教学内容和教学方法,更新人才考评指标体系,优化实践教学体系,强化大学生思维训练和拓展能力训练,建设大学生创新基地,改革成绩考核制度,将拔尖创新型人才培养落到实处。
The rise of the knowledge economy,makes it very important to cultivate the top-notch innovative talents of all-round development.The personality characteristics of top-notch innovative talents should have a strong sense of innovation and outstanding creative ability.To cultivate the top-notch innovative talents,higher agricultural colleges and universities should change their concept on talent training,update their personnel evaluation index system,reform the content and method of teaching,strengthen their thinking training,and optimize their system of practice teaching,expand their ability of training,construct the students＇ innovation base,reform achievement assessment methods.The purpose of cultivating top-notch innovative talents will become true.
