大学生艾滋病歧视现状及其原因分析

On Discriminatory Attitudes Towards AIDS and its Reasons among Students of Colleges and Universities

研究大学生对艾滋病歧视现状及其原因,为有针对性地开展大学生反歧视艾滋病教育宣传提供依据。选取郑州市七所高等院校的2000名大学生,采取多阶段随机抽样方式进行问卷调查。结果表明,大学生对艾滋病道德化歧视现象严重;大学生对熟人群体感染艾滋病歧视程度较低,63.5%大学生会和患艾滋病的熟人进行正常交往;大学生对陌生人群体感染艾滋病的歧视程度较高;大学生对帮助艾滋病患者的志愿性较弱。造成大学生艾滋病歧视的原因是大学生对艾滋病缺乏基本的了解;艾滋病与不道德行为相连;对艾滋病无法治愈的恐惧以及媒体的偏差报道。调查显示,大学生对艾滋病歧视普遍存在,应扩大反歧视艾滋病教育宣传的比重,减少大学生对艾滋病的歧视。

To understand campus AIDS discrimination and its reasons, and to provide evidence for anti- discrimination education on next stage. With Methods of 2000 students were investigated randomly from seven colleges and universities questionnaire in Zhengzhou City. Results show that for university students, the discrimination related to the morals; the discrimination level was lower among acquaintances, 63.5% students would continue association with acquaintances who fell in AIDS; the discrimination level is high among strangers; and the university students didn＇t like to be a volunteer in help AIDS. Those are the reasons for the discrimination： didn＇t know well about AIDS; AIDS was related to the immorality; AIDS couldn＇t cure and the deviation report. There were ubiquitous discrimination towards AIDS in campus, the anti-discrimination education should be increased for reduce AIDS discrimination among university students.
