青光眼药物治疗患者泪液中P物质的表达及与干眼症发生率的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的:定量检测神经肽P物质(SP)在接受药物治疗的青光眼患者泪液中的质量浓度,并探讨用药、SP、干眼三者之间的关系。方法:应用ELISA检测SP在30例正常人和40例接受药物治疗青光眼患者泪液中的质量浓度,并进行眼表的干眼诊断。结果:药物治疗青光眼患者泪液SP质量浓度为(258.16±8.81)pg/mL,正常人泪液SP质量浓度为(336.37±6.80)pg/mL,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在用药时间上,药物治疗时间>3月组SP质量浓度为(254.05±8.20)pg/mL,≤3月组SP质量浓度为(262.27±7.52)pg/mL,两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在用药种类上,单独用药组泪液SP质量浓度为(264.78±5.50)pg/mL,联合两种用药组泪液SP质量浓度为(258.00±10.20)pg/mL,联合三种用药组泪液SP质量浓度为(254.16±6.85)pg/mL,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且抗青光眼药物治疗组SP的质量浓度与干眼呈负性相关(r=-0.360,P=0.022)。结论:增加用药时间和种类会导致青光眼患者泪液中SP质量浓度降低,同时伴随干眼症发生率的升高,提示SP对眼表发挥营养并具有稳定眼表的作用。 Objective: To quantitatively detect the expression of neuropeptide substance P (SP) in cornea on glaucoma patients with medication, and discuss the relationship among medication, SP and dry eye. Methods: The concentrations of SP in tears from 40 glaucoma patients with the medication and 30 normal individuals (control group )were measured by ELISA, and dry eye were diagnosed. Results: The concentrations of SP were (336.37±6.80) pg/mL in control group, and (258.16±8.8 l) pg/mL in 40 glaucoma patients with the medica- tion. The concentration of SP in experimental group was significant lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05). In the time of medica- tion, the level of SP were (254.05±8.20) pg/mL in patients with medication more than 3 months, and (262.27±7.52) pg/mL (P〈0.05) in patients with medication less than 3 months and they had significant difference. In the number of drugs, the level of SP in patients with one kind of drug was (264.78±5.50) pg/mL, and those in patients with two kinds and three kinds were (258.00±10.20) pg/mL and (254.16±6.85) pg/mL. They had statistically significant difference respectively(P〈0.05 ). The level of SP in patients with the medication had the negative correlation with the risk rate of dry eye (r=-0.360, P=0.022 ). Conclusion: Increasing time and types of medication will decrease the concentrations of SP in tears, and also increase the risk rate of dry eye. SP plays important roles in nitrating and stahling oc- ular surface.
