复方洛美沙星酊的研制及临床应用

Preparation and Clinical Application of the Tincture of Lomefloxacin Co.

目的 研制复方洛美沙星酊 ,观察其对中小面积Ⅰ～Ⅲ度烧烫伤治疗效果。方法 建立该制剂的质量控制标准 ;80例烧烫伤患者 ,随机单盲分为两组。A组 5 0例 ,年龄 9个月～ 6 2岁 ,用复方洛美沙星酊治疗 ,7天为 1疗程 ,连用 2～ 3个疗程。B组 30例 ,年龄 10个月～ 6 3岁 ,用 1%磺胺嘧啶银霜治疗 ,疗程同A组。观察其疗效及不良反应。结果 两组Ⅰ～Ⅱ度烧烫伤总有效率为 10 0 % ,Ⅲ度烧烫伤总有效率A组为 87.5 % ,B组为 80 %。两组疗效对比无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,均无不良反应。结论 复方洛美沙星酊制备工艺简便 ,质量可控 ,临床治疗有独特疗效。

Objective To prepare the tincture of lomefloxacin Co. and to investigate its effect on Ⅰ°～Ⅲ° burn wound.Method The quality-control standard of the tincture was set up.80 patients with burn were randomly divided into two groups.In group A,50 patients aged from 9 months to 62 years were treated with the tincture of lomefloxacin Co. for 14～21 days;In group B,30 patients aged from 10 months to 63 years were treated with 1% sulfadiazine silver cream for same days as group A,the effects and side-effects of the two drugs were observed.Results The efficacious rate of the two drugs in two groups reached 100% respectively on partial-thickness burn wound and reached 87.5% in group A,80% in group B on full-thickness burn wound.There were no significant differences between the two groups and no side-effects were observed.Conclusions The technique for preparation of the tincture of lomefloxacin Co. is simple and easy,its quality can be controlled.The effect of the tincture of lomefloxacin Co. is obvious on burn wound.
