摘要
增压锅炉采用了增压燃烧技术,炉内燃烧更为剧烈,烟气温度更高,容积热负荷更大,烟气流速更快,很容易出现燃烧不稳定、熄火等现象,文章针对某船后舱2台增压锅炉很长一段时间内经常发生燃烧熄火故障,给出了故障现象,进行了原因分析,提出了解决方案。经检修,熄火故障已圆满解决。
Boosting combustion technique is adopted on supercharged boiler. More strenuous furnace bustion, higher fume temperature, the quicker velocity and more heat loading make flameout appear easily. bustion flameout appears in two suppercharged boiler for a long run.
