光纤传输激光熔覆装备维修技术研究

摘要 采用光纤传输激光熔覆加工系统分别在碳钢、铸铁、铜合金、铝合金试样表面制备了功能涂层;利用扫描电镜观察涂层的微观结构特征,利用显微硬度计、拉伸试验机、数显式高速环块磨损试验机测试涂层的相关性能。试验结果表明,采用激光熔覆技术能制备出与基材性能一致或性能显著优于基材的功能涂层。应用实践证明,采用激光熔覆技术对舰艇装备金属部件进行修复与强化是可行的,可大大提升装备维修能力和水平;采用光纤传输、柔性加工,机动性更强,为远程及舱内装备在线保障提供高新技术手段。 The functional coatings were prepared on the samples of carbon steel, casting iron, copper alloy and aluminum alloy by fiber - optic transmission laser cladding processing system. The microstructure was observed by scanning electronic microscope (SEM), and the related performance was tested by microardness tester, tensile tester machine and ring - block wear test machine. The results show that the performance of functional coating by laser cladding technology is coherent to or superior to the substrate. The typical application verifies the feasibility of repair and strengthen by laser cladding technique, which can improve the repair ability and level, and the laser cladding technology has optical fiber transmission, flexible manufacturing and strong mobility, which provide new technical means for remote and online guarantee in the hull.
