摘要
采用O*NET工作分析中的工作价值观问卷,通过对内江3所高校192名教师的调查发现,工作价值观中的才能发挥、行动、成就感、晋升、薪酬、同事关系、人事关系指导与工作绩效之间具有密切的联系,得出成就感、薪酬和晋升三个要素对教师的工作绩效有显著的影响力的结论,提出高校人力资源管理的对策建议。
The O * NET analysis of job values questionnaire isnsed to investigate 192 teachers in 3 universities in Neijiang. The result shows that ability display, action, sense of achievement, promotion, salary, between the colleague relationship, human relation guidance and job performance have the close relation, and the sense of achievement, pay and promotion have significant influence on the job performance of college teachers. Moreover, some countermeasures for human resource management in colleges are put forward.
