摘要
研究了不同的淬火转移时间对7050-T73铆钉晶问腐蚀及剪切性能的影响。随着淬火转移时间的延长,7050-T73铆钉晶问腐蚀从无到有并且腐蚀深度逐渐加深,剪切强度随淬火转移时间的延长不断下降。为了获得较好的抗晶间腐蚀性能和较高的剪切强度,7050材料的铆钉产品淬火应在敏感区间内加快冷却速率快速通过,淬火转移时间控制在10S以内较为适宜。
This article studies the effect of different quenching transfer time on IGA and Shear property of 7050-T73 rivets. This study demonstrates that IGA generates and becomes more and more serious as the delay of quenching transfer time, shear strength decreases accordingly. For achieving high Resistance to intergranular corrosion and shear strength, it' s better to control the quenching time below 10s by speeding up cool rating to pass through sensitive area of quenching for rivets made from 7050 material.
