经济全球化和区域经济一体化已成为当今世界潮流,构建粤桂琼海洋经济区域合作机制是大势所趋。粤桂琼海洋经济合作圈将以粤西海洋经济区为支撑,对接北部湾经济区、海南国际旅游岛,通过建立合作联盟、创新合作载体、拓宽合作领域、完善相关制度来实现。

Economic globalization and regional economic integration have become a contemporary world trend and a regional cooperation mechanism for coordinating Guangdong,Guangxi and Hainan's marine economy development is an inexorable trend.The Guangdong,Guangxi and Hainan Marine Economic Cooperation Circle,with western Guangdong marine economy as its main support,will join Beibu Bay Economic Zone and Hainan International Tourism Island and can be achieved through cooperation and alliance,innovating cooperation carriers,expanding cooperation fields,and improving relevant institutions.
