T形开孔肋连接件的极限承载力计算及影响因素分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了得到T形开孔肋连接件的极限承载力及其影响因素,设计、制作了15组不同的T形开孔肋连接件试件共计45个,进行了极限承载力和破坏形式测试试验,分析了不同因素对T形开孔肋连接件承载力和破坏形式的影响;并根据试验结果建立了可以用于T形开孔肋极限承载力的计算公式。研究结果表明:T形开孔肋连接件抗剪承载力大、延性好;T形开孔肋的厚度、开孔大小和混凝土的强度对T形开孔肋连接件承载力影响较为显著;T形开孔肋的腹板高度、翼缘的数量、贯穿钢筋的直径和T形开孔肋的翼缘长度对其承载力有一定的影响;研究结果可为T形开孔肋的设计和应用提供依据。 To study the ultimate bearing capacity of the T-shaped perforated rib connector and its influencing factors, 15 groups of different T-shaped perforated rib connectors, a total of 45 specimens, were designed and fabricated to explore the ultimate bearing capacity and the failure modes. The different influencing factors for the ultimate bearing capacity and failure modes of T- shaped perforated rib connector were analyzed. Based on the experimental results, the calculation formula for ultimate bearing capacity of the connectors was established. The results show that the T-shaped perforated rib connector is of high bearing capacity and excellent ductility~ the web thickness, diameter of hole in the web and concrete strength affect the bearing capacity of T- shaped perforated rib connector obviously, while the web height, number of flanges, diameter of reinforcement bar and flange length have slight effect. This study can provide basic data for designing and application of the T-shaped perforated rib connectors.
