摘要 为了解决居住区的停车问题,更好地规范停车供给、促进居住区动静态交通的协调,通过调查与分析居住区的停车供需现状,分析了中国城市居住区停车配建标准的现存问题及其影响因素;结合潍坊市居住小区的停车特性,对建筑物进行了更加合理、细化的分类,并把商住楼单独列为一类,对现状停车调查数据进行多元回归分析,建立了居住区停车需求率预测模型;根据停车需求率预测值,应用城市可持续发展理论,引入区位系数、区位修正系数和建筑物类别修正系数对停车需求率预测值进行修正,提出了一种基于修正系数并结合城市自身特性制定居住区停车配建标准的方法。研究结果表明:该方法可为停车需求率预测提供依据,使停车配建指标的制定过程更趋于定量化。 To solve the residential parking problems, standardize parking supply and promote the coordination between the dynamic and the static traffic, through the investigation and analysis of the present residential parking supply and demand, the existing problems of our country's residential parking standard and its influencing factors were analyzed. Combined with the residential parking characteristics of Weifang city, the buildings were classified more reasonably and detailedly, and commerce-residence building was considered as a kind separately. Then, multiple regression analyses were performed on the current parking survey data, and the residential parking demand rate prediction model was established. According to the parking demand prediction and with the application of the theory of city's sustainable development and the introduction of location coefficient, location correction coefficient and building category correction coefficient the parking demand rate prediction results were adjusted. Based on the correction coefficient and combined with the city's own characteristics a method of setting the residential accessory parking standard was put forward. The results show that the study can provide reference for the parking demand rate prediction and make the process of setting accessoryparking standard quantitative.
