摘要
研究皖南地区山核桃壳中棕色素的最佳提取工艺。在单因素试验的基础上,以提取率为评价指标,运用Box-Behnken试验设计和响应面分析法确定了主要影响因素液料比、提取时间和提取温度的最佳条件。结果表明,棕色素的最佳提取工艺条件为:液料比16 mL.g-1,提取时间40 min,提取温度63℃。此条件下,棕色素提取率为4.2%,与理论预测值4.4%非常接近。因此,利用响应面分析方法对核桃壳棕色素提取工艺进行优化,可获得最优的工艺参数。
This paper aims at optimizing the extraction of brown pigments from hickory hulls in south Anhui province.On the basis of single factor experiments,the influence of liquid-solid ratio,extraction time and temperature on brown pigment extraction yield was determined according to Box-Behnken design and response surface methodology.Experiment results showed the optimum extraction conditions were as follows:the liquid-solid ratio of 16 mL.g-1 for an extraction time of 40 min at 63 ℃.Under these optimal conditions,the experimental value of brown pigment extraction yield was 0.042 g.g-1,in good agreement with the predictive value 0.044 g.g-1.Therefore,the parameters of brown pigment extraction process from hickory hulls can be optimized by response surface methodology.
