摘要
介绍锅炉氧化皮的形成机理,分析600 MW亚临界机组锅炉氧化皮形成的原因,提出去除已有脱落氧化皮的方法。同时,对锅炉的启动、运行、停运各阶段运行参数提出相应建议,以减少氧化皮的形成和脱落。
The paper analyzes formation mechanism of oxide scale of the boiler and the causes of oxide scale of 600 MW subcritical units, and puts fornard the methods to remove the shedding oxide scale. It brings for- ward technical proposals on startup, operation and shutdown of the boiler for the purpose of reducing oxide formation and abscission.
