摘要
汽车线束固定支架的支架本体为长条形平板,在支架本体上设有线束紧固孔,线束紧固孔分别设置在该长条形平板靠近两端的位置;线束固定支架上还设有支架紧固孔、支架安装结构,支架安装结构是在支架本体的平面上伸出一块,并与支架本体形成夹角为90°的折弯;采用上述技术方案,线束固定牢固,避免了线束磨损、烧蚀,有效地保护线束、保证了线束的可靠性,从而提高线束的安全性和整车质量;结构设计和材料选择合理,结构简单和紧凑,安装拆卸方便。
