湖南实施自主品牌集群崛起战略的思考

摘要 经济发展方式转变是国家经济发展的重大战略,品牌战略是经济发展方式转变的牛鼻子,品牌集群则是省域经济整体素质和竞争力的标志。因而打造自主品牌集群是增强湖南经济竞争力的一条必由之路。笔者在论述自主品牌集群涵义与战略意义的基础上,分析了湖南实施自主品牌集群崛起战略的必要性与紧迫性、有利条件与面临的挑战,从引领湖南经济发展方式转变的战略高度提出了实施自主品牌集群崛起战略的构想,并从政府、社会、企业三个层面提出了对策建议。 The transformation of the economic development mode, where the brand strategy plays a key role as an "ox muzzle ", is a major strategy of national economic development, and the brand cluster is a symbol of overall quality and competitiveness of provincial economy. Consequently, building the proprietary brand cluster is the only way to enhance the economic competitiveness of Hunan province. This paper analyzes the necessity and urgency, favorable conditions and challenges of implementing the strategy of proprietary brand cluster rising on the basis of discussing the meaning of proprietary brand cluster and the strategic significance. It puts forward the vision of implementing the strategy of proprietary brand cluster rising in the strategic height of leading the transformation of economic development mode in Hunan and proposes countermeasures and suggestions from three levels of government, society and enterprises.
