规范民间融资行为的对策研究

Countermeasures to the Formalization of Private Financing Behavior

民间融资是正规金融的有益和必要的补充,在一定程度上解决了部分社会融资需求问题。但是,由于民间融资游离于正规金融之外,因而蕴藏着一定的风险。笔者拟从分析民间融资活动的现状和趋势出发,进而对民间融资存在的合法性进行分析,提出对规范民间融资行为的对策。

Private financing is the necessary complementary form of formal financing, which fulfills part of the social financing demand. But private financing has certain risks because of its informality. This paper tries to analyze the legality of the existence of private financing based on its status quo and tendency, and proposes the countermeasures to the formalization of the private financing behavior.
