21世纪的中国需要卓越法律人才。要培养我国的卓越法律人才,就需要使学生同时具备"法"、"商"的知识结构,能综合运用"法"、"商"的思维方式解决实际问题,这是我们法律专业人才培养的目标。在法律专业学生就业困难日益加剧的大环境下,如何培养卓越法律人才,"五维一体"的"法商结合"法律人才培养模式是一个有效的路径,它可以突破湖南省乃至我国法律人才就业瓶颈,提升法律人才培养的社会适用性。

China needs excellent legal talents in the 21st Century. To train excellent legal talents in our country, it is necessary to train students not only have the ＂law＂ knowledge but also have ＂business＂ knowledge, and comprehensively use ＂law＂ and ＂ business＂ thinking mode to solve practical problems, and this is also our training objectives. Under the background of ever increasing difficulties in the job-hunting for students majored in law, the five-dimension model combining ＂law ＂ with ＂commeree＂ is a valid path to train excellent legal talents, for it can break through legal talent＇s employment bottlenecks in our province and even in our country, and improve social applicability of law talents.
